A painting of husband Maurice's Great Grandfather;sporting a bow tie (Maurice's namesake)  sets on the mantel. I decided to copy it to fabric and make a wall hanging using some of my collection of bow ties. So here it is!

Our next to the youngest granddaughter,(the taller one here) has expressed several times that this is her favorite painting! So decided I would surprise her and take it to her when we visit next week while on vacation. She is in college at Bringham Young University, so I guess she will have to find a place for it in her apartment there! The painting was inspired by a picture I took in 2005 when Tyler and her younger sister Michail  came back from a walk decorated with  wildflower tiara's and bracelets!

This is the latest painting to add to the Kurzweils display.

Changing the wording on the Highway sign.

Now it has "Folk Art on it too!

There are over 55 pieces of art on display right now! I would sure think it was fun if we were traveling and stopped here! We will be doing just that soon! See you when we get back! Hope you'll visit an Marlynne Snare Folk Artist on facebook also. Happy Fall almost!
