JUST DISCOVERED THIS  BEAUTIFUL BLDG.  W. OF NALL ON 135TH ST IN K.C. AREA  ON WAY HOME FROM THE DOCTOR. IT IS THE AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY. HOPE TO TOUR THE INSIDE SOON!

THIS IS A CUTE COLORFUL DRAWING OF WHERE WE SPENT SOME OF OUR TIME THE LAST 3 DAYS! IT IS IN LUCAS, KANSAS, FAMOUS FOR OUTSIDER ART. I AM FORTUNATE TO HAVE A COLLECTION OF MY ART HOUSED THERE ALSO!

MY FRIEND AND NEIGHBOR HOPE (IN DAVEY CROCKETT HAT) AND I TOOK A MOSAIC CLASS WITH A VERY TALENTED LADY, MRI PILAR IN HER COLD GARAGE!

I EVEN PULLED A LAP QUILT OUT OF THE CAR!

PILAR WAS DEMONSTRATING HOW TO PREPARE THE CENTER PIECE.

WE SURE WELCOMED LUNCH TIME IN THE WARM OFFICE OF THE GRASSROOTS ART CENTER DOWN THE STREET!

HOPE STILL DIDN'T KNOW HOW ATTRACTIVE SHE LOOKED! lol

I WAS SURPRISED THAT MY VICTORIAN STYLE MOSAIC TURNED OUT LOOKING  MORE LIKE WHAT HOPE WOULD HAVE DONE!
